Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites, with travel across locations. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and data integrity while working with a team that values professionalism and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will hold Level II certifications in multiple methods (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) and possess strong communication skills to report results and coordinate with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background checks.
• Must obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to report results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures, client specs, and applicable codes.
• Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results using proper forms or digital systems.
• Supervise and guide NDT Assistants and support personnel in the field.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports, timesheets, and safety docs.
• Follow radiation safety practices where applicable and use dosimetry and barricading.
