Job summary

NVI, LLC is seeking Level II Phased Array Technicians for our Colorado Division in Northglenn, CO. The role covers setup, calibration, testing, and reporting on NDT inspections with UT and PAUT methods, in both lab and field settings.

You will ensure compliance with safety and welding codes while training others. Qualified candidates hold UT Flaw and PAUT certifications, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with ASME/API/AWS codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Current certifications in UT Flaw and PAUT methods.
• Familiar with ASME/V codes and API/ AWS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities using NDT methods.
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring safety regulations.
• Apply testing criteria per specifications and evaluate results.
• Organize and report test results.
• Perform specialized inspections.
• Instruct and supervise others.
• Handle MT & PT in lab or field settings.
