Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services in Texas seeks a Nondestructive Testing technician to independently perform inspections using various NDT techniques, identifying corrosion, defects, or detrimental conditions per written criteria.

You will interpret indications, report results, and communicate procedures to customers while assisting Sr. Technician and apprentices, and maintaining certifications and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Understanding of basic mathematics.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and general computer usage.
• Willingness to travel 0–75%.
• Prior NDT field experience with certification in at least two methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform inspections using various NDT techniques per criteria.
• Interpret indications and report results per company requirements.
• Communicate processes, procedures and results to customers.
• Assist Sr. Technician and train apprentice level personnel.
• Maintain NDT certification and documentation of inspection activities.
