Job summary

Intertek is seeking a MT/PT/UTT/MFE Level II Technician on a part-time basis for the Houston, TX area, based out of the Houston/Clear Lake office. The role is project-based and focuses on asset integrity services across design, construction, operation and decommissioning phases.

The ideal candidate will have ASNT Level II certification in UT-Thickness, MT/PT, an MFE certification, and at least 3 years of field experience, with a valid TWIC card and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• ASNT Level II in UT-Thickness and MT/PT.
• MFE Certification required.
• RT Level II is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform ASNT Level II testing & inspection in UT-Thickness; MT and/or PT.
• Conduct MFE floor scans for tank inspection.
• Set up, calibrate, and interpret results per codes and standards.
• Mentor NDT Level I personnel and report results.
• Maintain safety-focused work practices and professional conduct.
• Pursue ongoing technical education courses or seminars.
