Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Certified Level II credential required or within reach.
• Experience in report writing.
• Perform infrared thermographic inspections of equipment and systems at commercial/industrial sites.
• Analyze thermal images to identify anomalies or potential failures.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports using templates and clearly document findings for clients.
• Represent the company professionally on-site as the primary customer contact.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure clarity of results.
• Complete reporting duties in a timely manner; clean driving record and TWIC.
• Level II preferred with refinery experience or be able to achieve Level II within 3 months.
• Thermography certification from an accredited institution.
• Excellent communication with individuals at all levels.
• Solid computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and FLIR Software.
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Willing to travel regularly, mainly in the Houston area.

Aufgaben

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to detect defects using NDT methods.
• Establish techniques for proper examination with safety adherence.
• Apply testing criteria per specifications and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs, CRT/digital readouts, conductivity meters and indicators.
• Organize and report test results.
• Perform specialized inspections.
• May instruct and supervise others.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
