ADB is seeking a Level I Technician, Field to provide critical field data within the OSP Engineering department for various utility construction projects within a market. This position will visit OSP utility construction job sites and perform quality assurance, inspection, survey, and verification support to provide critical data for the OSP Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be safety focused, have a high level of attention to detail, be customer‑centric and quality‑centric, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Performs field technician functions for various OSP construction projects including but not limited to QAQC, inspections, surveys, design verification, etc.
• Utilizes ARCGIS applications to collect large amounts of data from the field and uploads to GIS systems
• Has the ability to physically climb in manholes, walk construction routes for utility locating, and create butterfly diagrams
• Verifies existing duct utilizing rod and roping
• Works with local owners and municipalities to gain access to various job sites
• Collects visual and GIS data to support make‑ready surveys
• Can read and interpret construction drawings and engineering design plans
• Provides various reporting on data collected when requested
• Performs other job duties when requested by leadership

Experience And Education

Compensation

The starting pay for this position is $20.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
