LEVEL General Manager NJ

Are you passionate about the cannabis industry and eager to grow a rapidly expandingmarket for one of the leading cannabis brands in the US?As a LEVEL General Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategy, increasing product assortment, and developing and maintaining relationships across NJ.LEVEL is expanding nationally and this role presents an opportunity to advance and build alongside a growth oriented organization.To be successful in this role one must excel at strategy, planning, prioritization, value honesty and be excited to represent LEVEL.Most importantly, this individual must exemplify LEVEL’s core values and our commitment to excellence.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage one of the leading cannabis brands in a dynamic and growing market
  • Manage and increase sales within the state of NJ
  • Analyze product and sales data
  • Evaluate market opportunities and partner with new accounts as they open
  • Identify current gaps within respective assignment
  • Supervise budget and resource allocation
  • Attend events and promotional opportunities
  • Travel to facilitate education on the LEVEL brand portfolio
  • Negotiate pricing and terms
  • Work alongside distributor to ensure optimal market penetration
  • Partner with accounts to align on shared goals
  • Provide customer service to accounts by addressing needs, concerns, and suggestions
  • Share best practices within the organization and be a team player

This is an outside sales role - expectations are to be in the field four days per week

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelors’ degree (MBA preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in CPG, cannabis experience preferred
  • Experience managing an assignment of 100+ accounts and high-volume sales
  • Establishing, growing, and optimizing a brand within a growing market
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High proficiency using Microsoft Excel
  • Deep understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Firm understanding of strategy and tactical planning
  • A positive solution oriented attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Engaging and impactful presentation and training skills
  • Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels
  • Own results with integrity and a passion for success
  • Must display excellent communication skills, interpersonal, written, and verbal
  • Must reside in NJ
  • Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license and must pass Motor Vehicle Report
  • Must be 21 years or older

Compensation

  • Salary $75k - $100k DOE
