Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction, renovation, or property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repair techniques.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and independently.
• Experience working on multifamily residential properties is preferred.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand job scopes or basic technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior repairs and renovations on multifamily properties.
• Execute minor plumbing tasks such as fixture replacements, leak repairs, and basic troubleshooting.
• Handle minor electrical work including outlet and switch replacements, light fixture installations, and basic diagnostics.
• Complete carpentry tasks such as door and trim repairs, cabinet adjustments, and hardware installation.
• Conduct general property maintenance to ensure safe and functional living environments.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and team members.
