Immense Networks is looking for a Level Two Technical Engineer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to provide advanced networking support and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience, strong knowledge of TCP/IP, and hands-on experience with Azure services. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an MSP or similar IT support role.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced remote and on-site networking and infrastructure support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issues.
• Administer and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
