Job summary

MSE Environmental, a growing environmental consulting firm, seeks a Level 2 Industrial Hygiene Field Technician/Consultant to support mold, asbestos, legionella, water damage, lead, and IAQ projects. Duties include data collection, sampling, abatement oversight, data evaluation, and report preparation.

Travel 80-90% of the time; opportunities for mentoring and training are offered, with room for career growth within environmental consulting.

Qualifications

• English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing.
• Asbestos, lead and mold consulting experience is required.
• OSHA EPA certificate and knowledge of Google tools required.
• Must wear respirator and PPE properly.
• Excellent communication, positive attitude, organization, work ethic and reliability.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct microbial, lead, asbestos, soot, water damage consulting and IH inspection and sampling.
• Prepare on-site field notes and reports based on findings.
• Conduct asbestos and lead abatement oversight.
• Travel to job sites daily; 80-90% travel.
• Use mobile devices and laptops with speed and efficiency.
• Perform administrative tasks and field tech support.
• Respond quickly; work with minimal supervision.
• Follow MSE Environmental brand foundations.
