Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science Inc. is seeking a full-time Field Technician in the Industrial Hygiene Department to support asbestos, lead, radon, and IAQ investigations across the United States.

The role requires strong communication, data compilation, and report-writing skills, with responsibilities spanning client liaison, project planning, and document preparation. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering and 2+ years in environmental consulting; certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in biological/physical sciences or engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting.
• Certifications for asbestos inspector, Lead-based paint Risk Assessor, and Radon Inspector are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete project tasks by deadlines and within budget.
• Communicate with clients and site representatives.
• Compile data and organize information.
• Prepare quality supporting documents (site figures, appendices).
• Conduct project research as applicable to scope.
• Prepare technical report documents and deliver progress updates.
