Job summary

CompucomStaffing in Denver, CO is seeking a Level 2 Field Technician to join our client’s team. You will provide end-user IT support, diagnose issues, and travel locally up to 25 miles daily. A valid driver license and reliable transportation are required.

The role demands experience with Windows, OSX, Linux, and device hardware (PCs, printers, thin clients, servers) plus strong ticketing and documentation skills. Compensation ranges from $18.75 to $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2+ years of IT support work experience.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, OSX, Linux.
• A+ Certification highly desired.
• OEM Certifications (Dell / client etc.).
• Apple / Mac Experience.
• Laptop / Desktop / Printer hardware and software support experience.
• Knowledge of imaging from Network and USB.
• ServiceNow experience a plus.
• Excellent time management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution to client scope on IT equipment.
• Document efforts, issues, resolutions, and close cases / tickets daily.

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Field Technician to join their team in Denver, CO and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation and will travel 25+ miles daily.

Duties and Responsibilities

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $18.75 - $25.00 per hour , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
