Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking an experienced IT support technician to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across manufacturing and sales environments. You will image machines, perform standard hardware replacement, and ensure smooth end-user experience while delivering strong customer service.

Minimum 3–5+ years of IT support, basic networking, and familiarity with Windows 11 and Apple devices are required. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $24.00 - $32.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
