Training and Growth Opportunities:

• Participate in anup to 16-week training programdesigned to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
• During training, earn$14/houras you learn all aspects of store management.
• Upon completion, you’ll be placed at either:
  • Level 1: Starting at$14/hour.
  • Level 2: Starting at$15/hour, based on your training performance and readiness.
