Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is looking for a Lethality candidate to provide planning, analysis, and testing support for the Army Operational Evaluation Command. The ideal applicant has a BS/MS in engineering or physics, and over 10 years of direct experience in lethality modeling simulation and analysis.

A strong technical ability with lethality codes such as PEELS and LEGS is required, along with effective communication skills and a fast-paced team environment adaptation. An active DoD Secret clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience in lethality modeling simulation and analysis.
• Experience with lethality assessments for direct hit and blast/fragmentation warhead kinetic energy weapons.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support lethality planning, analysis, and testing.
• Run endgame lethality codes and generate briefings.
• Technical support for lethality M&S accreditation efforts.
