Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction or retail.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure a great experience for customers and students.
• Sell lesson and rehearsal packages.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide tours of the facility.
• Drive and maintain sales and promotional programs.
• Coordinate lesson schedules with instructors and students.
• Maintain and increase curriculum sales.
