A community fitness organization is looking for a Les Mills Body Bump Instructor to lead classes and support member wellness at its Naperville location. You will plan and instruct engaging fitness sessions while maintaining accurate attendance records. Qualifications include Les Mills Body Pump certification and at least 25 hours of practical experience. Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of fitness or equivalent work/education experience.
• Must have at minimum 25 hours of practical experience as a fitness class instructor.
• Must be able to respond to safety and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and instruct fitness classes following YMCA standards.
• Design safe and effective fitness programs for members.
• Keep accurate records of members’ attendance and progress.
• Promote YMCA programs and motivate members to participate.
