Job summary

Central Rock Gym in West Hartford, CT is looking for a Les Mills Group Exercise Instructor to lead high-energy group classes that inspire fitness habits among members. The role requires instructors certified in Les Mills BodyPump, Core, or Pilates, with a strong presence and excellent communication skills. Instructors will help grow class participation, promote their classes, and create an inclusive environment.

This role offers flexibility in hours, opportunities for ongoing development, and a complimentary gym membership. Pay ranges from $20 to $40 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Instructors must be certified in Les Mills BodyPump, Core, or Pilates.
• Experience teaching group fitness classes is required.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality Les Mills classes.
