Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical background.
1–3 years in network operations, systems monitoring, or related field.
Familiarity with satellite system concepts and LEO architectures is a plus.
Experience with monitoring dashboards and incident response.

Responsibilities

Monitor the operational health of ORBCOMM’s LEO satellite fleet during shifts.
Respond to Tier 1 operational events and verify system performance.
Coordinate with Satellite Engineering and Network Operations for timely resolutions.
Prepare shift summary reports with context and actions taken.
