GENERAL FUNCTION

The Team Lead creates value by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customers and patients are always delighted, and managing key optical and lab processes to achieve store success.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure the team provides unsurpassed customer service
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, and support sales associates
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder

In the lab, responsibilities include fitting glasses, ensuring optical standards, maintaining lab tools, and creating a safe working environment.

Basic Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED
• Optical and retail experience
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and training experience

Preferred Qualifications

• State licensure or ABO Certification
• LensCrafters Final Eyewear Inspector Certification
• Experience with optical machinery and customer service
