Pay Range

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at LensCrafters. The role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
2. Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
3. Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with optical assessments.
4. Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
5. Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
6. Maintain the store’s appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
7. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
3. Familiarity with POS systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
4. Embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
5. Strong sales skills and goal-oriented mindset
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills
7. Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and respond flexibly in a changing environment

Pay Range: $15.34 - $20.98 per hour
