Pay Range: $12.32 - $13.09

GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut’s success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deliver sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-driven attitude
4. Strong communication skills (oral and written)
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
