Join Our Team as an Optician at LensCrafters

LensCrafters is seeking a dedicated Optician to provide exceptional eye care and customer service. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology and be part of a team committed to high optical standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by executing the CEE Service Model: Connect, Explore, and Exceed
• Support problem solving and troubleshooting for customers
• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their lifestyle and needs
• Educate customers on LensCrafters' guarantees, services, and eyewear care
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer specifications
• Operate POS systems accurately and handle transactions securely
• Maintain store appearance and visual displays according to planograms
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• ABO Certification
• Optical dispensing experience
• Knowledge of optical theory, merchandise, and inventory systems
• Strong communication and sales skills, comfortable with technology

Preferred Skills

• Studying LensCrafters Quality, Fitting, and Adjusting Program
• Previous customer service and retail experience
