Responsibilities

1. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
2. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure team compliance with policies.
3. Lead and develop the team, providing feedback and coaching.
4. Maintain store appearance and execute visual directives.
5. Perform administrative duties and support store operations.
6. Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year management or supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with cash registers and computers.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent.
• Experience in retail leadership and customer service.
• Knowledge of optics and store merchandise.
• State licensure or ABO Certification (if applicable).

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $24.06 - $35.84 per hour.
