Job summary

The role involves operating fining and polishing equipment, validating machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures. You will read procedures, work varying shifts including nights and weekends, and contribute to a team focused on precision and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand written procedures and safety warnings.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow precise work instructions and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate fining and polishing equipment and validate machine performance.
• Apply lens blocks to lens fronts and ensure proper alignment.
• Load lenses, monitor coating and cleaning processes, and inspect for defects.
• Maintain quality and safety standards per QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with other department tasks as needed.
