Responsibilities

• Have fiscal responsibility for project facets including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Deliver results for respective process steps.
• Guide technical or administrative staff.
• Act as a functional process resource on projects or programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement plans.
• Maintain functionally focused client relationships.
• Manage several small projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings and documents to establish project intent.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team.
• Identify time-sensitive installation needs.
• Manage requisition of supplies and materials.
• Review plans and specifications and participate in project cost reviews.
• Assist Operations Manager in subcontractor procurement.
• Conduct orientation for project technicians and provide project documentation.
• Track resources and project progress.
• Document project events affecting schedule, scope, or efficiency.
• Pursue change-order opportunities.
• Coordinate project billing with Accounting and Operations Manager.
• Schedule commissioning resources and provide commissioning documentation.
• Expedite return of project mark-ups for as-built development.
• Complete project close-out documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors to meet scope, schedule and financial requirements.
• Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety rules.
