Job summary

Siemens seeks a Senior Project Manager to coordinate and deliver multiple small-to-medium projects with financial impact between $250K and $7M. You will oversee project billing, job cost reporting, and customer satisfaction, ensuring schedules are met and subcontractors coordinated.

You will guide staff, maintain client relationships, and pursue change-order opportunities while adhering to safety policies and project scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in the fire and life safety industry.
• Knowledge of NFPA fire alarm codes and regulations.
• OSHA 10 certification at minimum.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; eligible for Siemens fleet program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple small-to-medium projects with financial impact up to $7M.
• Manage project billing, job cost reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate with project team.
• Solicit subcontractors and manage procurement of supplies.
• Provide project documentation and commissioning resources as needed.
