Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in application administration and configuration.
• Experience with Origence, Encompass, Akuvo or MSP preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Data and Lending software systems, including Consumer and Mortgage origination, collections, and servicing.
• Lead new technology projects and serve as primary technical contact for product support and upgrades.
• Perform daily system monitoring and verify integrity and availability of lending systems.
• Apply patches and upgrades; configure or add new services as needed.
• Provide end-user support for critical systems and assist with SharePoint administration.
