Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Lending System Analyst to serve as the business-side expert during the implementation of a new consumer loan platform. The role requires hands-on experience in consumer lending within banking or credit unions and a deep understanding of the loan lifecycle from origination to collections.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, IT, Legal & Compliance, and Customer Care to gather requirements, document processes, and translate needs into system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the business-side project manager and platform steward for the new lending system.
• Configure loan product parameters, terms, rules, and eligibility for compliance and efficiency.
• Gather requirements from Product, Operations, IT, Legal & Compliance, and Customer Care; translate to system capabilities.
• Coordinate with external vendors for configuration, testing, defects, and enhancements.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and support processes for security and compliance.
• Lead or assist in system testing, including UAT and defect triage; ensure smooth go-live and stabilization.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolutions across teams and vendors.
• Document system configurations, change history, and operational processes.
• Support payments, account updates, collections, and reporting workflows on the platform.
• Monitor platform performance and identify areas for automation and scalable improvements.

Job description

As a Lending System Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients new loan platform supports the seamless delivery of consumer loans, directly impacting millions of customers and supporting the future growth of their lending operations.

Overview

We’re seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative Lending System Analyst to serve as the business-side expert during the implementation of our new loan platform, This role is designed for someone with hands-on experience in consumer lending within banking or credit unions who understands the intricacies of the loan lifecycle—from origination to collections. Work remotely across time zones with a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence and innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the business-side technical project manager and platform steward for the new lending system, supporting configuration, workflow setup, testing, and launch.
• Support and maintain loan product parameters, including loan terms, payment rules, and eligibility criteria to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Operations, IT, Legal & Compliance, Customer Care—to gather requirements, document processes, and translate needs into system capabilities.
• Partner with external vendors to manage configuration, testing, defect resolution, and platform enhancements.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and support processes to align with security and compliance standards.
• Lead or assist in system testing, including user acceptance testing and defect triage, ensuring a smooth transition during platform go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, research root causes, and coordinate resolutions across teams and vendors.
• Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, change history, and operational processes.
• Support operational workflows such as payments, account updates, collections, and reporting, ensuring the platform supports audit and compliance needs.
• Monitor platform performance, identify opportunities for improvements, and help implement automation or enhancements for scalable support.

Must-Have Requirements

• Strong experience supporting consumer lending, loan servicing, or related financial services at banks or credit unions.
• Deep knowledge of lending terminology, principles of principal and interest, and the loan lifecycle through collections.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues and recommend practical solutions.
