Job summary

Financial Staffing LLC is seeking a Lending Support professional to assist loan officers in a fast-paced banking department in Flower Mound, TX. You will process loan data, pull credit, prepare documentation and coordinate closings.

You will respond to calls, liaise with customers and internal staff, ensure compliance and confidentiality, and help customers identify and reach their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Three years banking or lending experience.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer information.

Responsibilities

• Provides lending support to the loan officers within the department.
• Answer telephones and relay messages; handle inquiries or problems independently whenever possible.
• Take loan applications, gather information for loan requests, pull a credit report and prepare information for loan officer to review.
• Prepare worksheets for new and renewal loans; monitor coming due loans.
• Process data input for consumer and commercial loans in the loan software; coordinate closings and funding.
• Organize final loan documents, set and conduct closings, and complete post-closing funding tasks.
• Perform daily tasks with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs and requests while maintaining confidentiality.
