Job summary

In this role, you'll be the reliable force behind the lending team, coordinating documentation, tracking deadlines, maintaining accurate loan files, and ensuring every detail receives the attention it deserves. You'll communicate with clients, lenders, borrowers, and internal departments to gather information, resolve outstanding items, and keep the lending process organized and on schedule. From preparing loan documents and updating records to monitoring application progress and assisting with closing preparations, your work will help turn complex lending processes into well-coordinated successes.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Assist lenders with loan applications, document preparation, file maintenance, and ongoing loan administration.

Collect, review, and organize borrower financial information and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Track loan milestones, outstanding conditions, approval requirements, and closing deadlines.

Communicate professionally with borrowers and internal teams to request documentation, answer routine questions, and keep everyone informed.

Maintain accurate loan files, update the banking system, and ensure records are properly organized and accessible.

Support loan closings, funding activities, renewals, extensions, and other lending-related administrative tasks.

Follow established lending procedures, confidentiality standards, and applicable banking regulations.

Identify missing information, anticipate potential delays, and take initiative to keep transactions moving.

Partner with lenders, credit teams, loan operations, and other departments to deliver dependable service and a positive client experience.
