Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Consumer Lending Operations Supervisor to oversee a centralized loan processing team and ensure efficient origination and servicing. The role involves coordinating underwriting documentation, driving service quality, and maintaining strong customer interactions.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, deep knowledge of loan processes, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of consumer lending, loan operations, or related financial services experience; call center experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience leading customer-facing teams.
• Working knowledge of loan origination processes, underwriting documentation, and loan systems.
• Experience with call center technology, workflow management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a centralized loan processing client support team handling inbound/outbound communications and loan origination activities.
• Oversees collection of underwriting documents and loan conditions to support timely decisions and closing.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and performance management to meet service, quality, and productivity goals.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements by team members.
• Partners with Lending, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Branch teams to support timely loan fulfillment.
