Your day to day as a Loan Operations Specialist

As a Loan Operations Specialist at San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, you will play a vital role performing all duties associated with consumer loans and credit card post-closing tasks, while ensuring seamless communication with office loan staff to promote an efficient workflow. Your position entails booking, servicing, and auditing indirect loans, presenting timely problem resolutions, with follow-up through to completion. You will use your expertise while processing vehicular accident, disability, and death insurance claims, as well as GAP protection claims while communicating effectively with members and insurance companies. By crossing training with other loan operations staff, you will develop a well-rounded skill set and contribute to a service-oriented environment that prioritizes team collaboration and member satisfaction.
