Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist lenders in relationship-building and in handling loans and deposits.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank services.
• Handle and resolve ACH and debit card disputes.
• Quote CD and IRA products and assist customers with online banking and e-products.
• Prepare loan documents and related correspondence for customers.
• Assist loan officers with credit memos and analysis reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
