Job summary

This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will produce regular reports, assist in change initiatives, and help implement process improvements within risk controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field
• Knowledge of lending operations and servicing processes
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Experience with operational audits or reporting is a plus
