Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer lending, underwriting, or loan operations, including credit decisioning.
• 3+ years supervising teams with a proven track record of developing employee performance.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree in business, finance, accounting, or management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the lending team to drive growth, efficiency, and compliance.
• Enforce underwriting guidelines and support risk management strategies.
• Provide strategic recommendations on products, budgeting, and competitive positioning to the VP of Lending.
• Manage relationships with auto dealerships, vendors, and cross‑functional departments.
• Oversee quality control and audit readiness, plus drive continuous improvement initiatives.
