Job summary

Key responsibilities include processing loan applications, maintaining member relationships, and preparing analytical reports for management. A minimum of two years' experience in financial services or call center environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years financial institution and/or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with lending or member/customer service preferred.
• Strong initiative and effective communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process member loans and applications through phone and video interactions.
• Prepare analytical reports summarizing leads and applications for management.
