Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Business Banking Lending to drive predictable, high-quality delivery from backlog through release and post-production validation. You will partner with product and engineering to plan, coordinate, and execute releases while removing impediments and improving delivery processes.

A data-driven, AI-enabled approach will guide prioritization and communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in product delivery or Agile delivery roles with software engineering partners.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and improve delivery predictability.
• Refine delivery backlog, prioritize, track dependencies, and manage scope.
• Write engineering-ready user stories with objective acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT and support end-to-end release execution.
• Align product, engineering, and risk/compliance on trade-offs and decisions.
• Use metrics and signals to drive priorities and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from planning to post-production validation.
• Facilitate Agile delivery rhythms to improve predictability and outcomes.
• Manage backlog execution, dependencies, and scope control.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Given/When/Then format.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate delivery while preserving intent.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, criteria, defect triage, and readiness reporting.
• Coordinate release planning and stakeholder communications.
• Analyze production signals and translate insights into backlog improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce risk and raise delivery quality.
