Qualifications

• 3–5+ years experience in lending, compliance, or banking
• Associates Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; CRCM preferred
• Ability to independently analyze loan files and identify issues

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent loan compliance reviews per regulations and policies
• Analyze loan documents for CRA and HMDA applicability and accuracy
• Perform CRA/HMDA data analysis and assist in reporting
• Identify control deficiencies and suggest corrective actions
• Support examinations, audits, and training of staff on lending compliance
• Maintain knowledge of BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC and other applicable laws
