Beacon Hill is seeking qualified candidates to join an AmLaw 2002 law firm with a sophisticated finance practice representing banks, financial institutions, and other lenders in complex commercial lending and real estate finance transactions.

The Work includes representing lender clients in secured financing, drafting and negotiating loan documents, reviewing title and due diligence, and supporting complex commercial lending matters.

Qualifications

3+ years of lender-side finance experience
Commercial lending and real estate finance experience
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to run transactions efficiently

Responsibilities

Represent lender clients in secured financing transactions
Draft and negotiate loan documents
Review title, survey, and due diligence materials
Support complex commercial lending matters
