Job summary

JLR North America, LLC is seeking a high-impact leader to head a growing team responsible for reviewing, analyzing, opining, and recommending on lemon law litigation. The role blends people leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on case work, driving long-term operational strategy with direct involvement in case execution.

The position reports to the Director of Technical Services and is field-based in the Irvine/Los Angeles region with travel about 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years automotive experience related to the role.
• 5+ years in litigation operations or legal case management, lemon law exposure.
• 2+ years people management with remote teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience building processes and improving workflows.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop a team responsible for intake, case management, document handling, and litigation support.
• Establish KPIs and accountability, and drive performance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce case volume and improve customer experience.
• Provide expert consultation and recommendations on technical investigation facts.
• Manage case load and capacity, ensuring timely preparation of case files.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel for smooth handoffs.
• Onboard new team members.
