Job summary

JLR North America, LLC seeks a senior leader to head a growing lemon law review and litigation support team in the Irvine/Los Angeles region. Travel 60% within the area, reporting to the Director of Technical Services, with responsibilities spanning intake, case management, and strategic operations.

You will build scalable processes, coach remote staff, align with counsel, and drive performance through KPIs while maintaining hands-on involvement in case execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years automotive experience related to the role.
• 5+ years of experience in litigation operations, legal case management, or related field; lemon law or consumer protection experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience with remote teams.
• Relationship-driven with strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Leadership to coach and manage the team, strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, provide training, and develop a team responsible for intake, case management, document handling, communication workflows, and litigation support.
• Establish performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth handoffs.
• Manage case load and capacity, ensure timely/accurate preparation of files and communications.
