Job summary

Play-Well TEKnologies in Davis, CA is seeking dynamic LEGO instructors for part-time positions. You will lead LEGO classes and camps, guiding students through STEM concepts and hands-on activities.

The role emphasizes classroom safety, creativity, and clear communication with parents and staff. The position offers part-time afternoon hours during the school year with additional camps in summer, and compensation includes pay for teaching, setup, and related duties, with eligibility for company

Qualifications

• Represents Play-Well in a positive, professional manner.
• Completes all required training by the Area Manager.
• Understands the curriculum to add value for diverse learners.
• Manages each class to keep children safe, engaged, and having fun.
• Communicates with parents and clients in a respectful, informed way.
• Adheres to Play-Well safety procedures and child supervision rules.
• Care and upkeep of LEGO teaching kits.

Responsibilities

• Teach LEGO classes and camps for K-12 students.
• Ensure safety and engagement during all sessions.
• Communicate progress and concerns with parents and Area Manager.
