• Receive and investigate allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, misconduct, nonfeasance, malfeasance, or violations of ethics laws or related rules
• Work within OLIG to determine if actions warrant further investigation or action
• Operate under statutory requirements for appointment with integrity and independence
