Job summary

Neighbor is building a leading hyperlocal marketplace and seeks legendary engineers to join our Utah office in Lehi. You will design, build, test, and scale our marketplace using React, Ruby on Rails, AWS, and TypeScript to deliver a fast, reliable product for users.

You’ll help shape product features, contribute to system architecture, and grow with a fast-growing startup backed by VC funding. We value ownership, collaboration, and a passion for engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 2+ years of full-time software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages.
• Willing to work out of our Utah office location.
• Great attitude and desire to create a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Flexibility (we wear a lot of hats).
• Availability to work on-site at our Lehi, UT location.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Neighbor.com’s marketplace.
• Produce high quality software that enhances the customer experience.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
