Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending product solutions, and maintaining a clean, safe store. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends according to business needs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and vary hours, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the customer, uncover needs, recommend product solutions, and add value.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures, assemble merchandise, and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and operate forklift (unless under 18).
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Follow safety guidelines and complete all required documentation.
