Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is preferred. You will greet customers, uncover needs, assist with loading purchases, and perform merchandising duties to keep the store inviting and safe, including care for birds and poultry.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Customer and uncover needs to recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising tasks, complete Plan-o-gram procedures, and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure a Legendary customer experience and safeguard birds in poultry areas.
