Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register/computer following procedures; manage cash handling.
• Recover merchandise and participate in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising and display duties; assemble merchandise.
• Perform janitorial duties and execute price changes/markdowns.
• OperateForklift/Cardboard Baler (age restrictions apply).
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
