Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member in Wilmington, NC to deliver legendary customer service while supporting store operations and sales initiatives. You will engage customers, assist with loading purchases, and perform merchandising, stocking, and register duties as needed.

No prior experience is required, though knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is valued. The role entails flexible hours, weekend availability, and attention to safety in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Operate cash register and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Perform merchandising, stocking, and floor recovery tasks as assigned.
• Complete documentation for assigned duties and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
