Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member in West Virginia to support customers and fellow team members, drive selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will greet customers, uncover needs, recommend product solutions, and assist with merchandising, stocking, and checkout. No experience required; a high school diploma is preferred. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required; ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance; work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions following company procedures; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Perform merchandising tasks: restocking, plan-o-gram procedures, price changes, and occasional janitorial duties.
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience and safe poultry care; complete all required documentation.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
